Dr. Fullem accepts most major insurances with the exception of CarePlus, United Healthcare, and most FloridaBlue plans. He does not participate in any commercial HMO plans. The cash pay price is $200 for the initial visit which includes x-rays if necessary and $90 for subsequent visits. Dr. Fullem does participate is all Medicare Advantage plans because he is a member of the Medicare program.
